1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. Order Cancellation by Customers
Customers have the option to cancel their orders for 3D & 2D models or custom work services within a specified period. To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team at support@modelselling.com and provide the order details. The cancellation request will be processed in accordance with the following guidelines:
a. For Instant Downloads: Customers can cancel their order for instant downloadable 3D & 2D models within 24 Hours of placing the order. Once the download link has been accessed or the 24 Hours window has elapsed, cancellation will not be possible.
b. For Custom Orders: Customers can cancel their custom work orders within 48 hours of placing the order. However, if our team has already started working on the custom project, the cancellation may not be 100% return able, we will charge 30% of the amount of custom order project. And 70% will be return to you in your payment method.
1.2. Order Cancellation by modelselling.com
modelselling.com reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
a. Non-payment: If we do not receive payment for an order within a specified timeframe, the order may be canceled.
b. Unavailability of Product/Service: In the event that a 3D & 2D model or custom work service becomes unavailable or cannot be delivered, we will notify the customer and offer the option to cancel the order or choose an alternative product or service.
2. Return Policy
2.1. Return of Digital Products (3D & 2D Models) Due to the nature of digital products (3D & 2D models) being non-tangible goods, we do not
accept returns or provide refunds for these items after they have been downloaded or accessed by the customer. Before completing a purchase, customers are encouraged to review the product description, specifications, and any available previews to ensure the product meets their requirements. If you not find same model as show in preview images then your amount will be refundable.
2.2. Return of Physical Products
modelselling.com does not sell physical products. As such, this Return Policy only applies to digital products (3D & 2D models) and custom work services.

3.1. Refunds for Duplicate Purchases
In the event that a customer accidentally purchases the same digital product (3D & 2D model) more than once, we will process a refund for the duplicate purchase. Customers should promptly contact our customer support team at [support@modelselling.com] to request the refund.

3.3. Refunds for Custom Work Services
Refunds for custom work services will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of completion and the circumstances of the project.
